But the market usually tends to be
wait. This means that most actors
market awaits clarity results from news
which will be released before they
menenmtukan position.
If the announcement comes out
revolves around the prediction that there is generally
the impact of price movements is not so
significant. But if the results are out
much different, either better or
worse, then the price changes
there can be enormous. especially
because market participants transact
with panic in a relatively
short time.
In general there are three kinds of reaction to
'News' that appears:
• There is no reactions.
Usually this happens because the results
report which appears in accordance with
prediction or a small effect
of the fundamental conditions that exist.
• Break-out
Usually this happens when the results
reports that appear to significantly
better or worse than
approximate.
• volatile / up and down
Usually this happens when there is
several important reports that
out simultaneously and actors
the market does not agree with the impact
provoke.
