Here I will give a
examples of simple trading-system and
easily practiced. By developing
this example you can also build
trading-system itself.
You can create a trading-system
simple or complex, no
problems, like any trading-system
you are important you can
implement it well and able
generate profit.
Time-frame:
To perform scanning trends and
chart-pattern: M15 - H1.
For entry: M5
Currency:
Major: EUR / USD, GBP / USD, USD / JPY,
AUD / USD
Cross: EUR / JPY. EUR / CHF
Analysis of Potential Trading:
- Find the potential of trading with the view
chart-pattern in all charts in
time-frame M13 and M30.
- Determine the line of support, resistance,
and trends.
- If the trend is quite clear: establish
entry point and stop-loss to 'buy
on dip 'and' sell on rise '
- If Sideways: set the entry point
and stop-loss on the area of support and
resistace.
- If there is potential for 'breakout',
wait until the direction becomes clear and
do transactions in the direction
price movements.
Avoiding false-signal:
- Make sure only make trades
when high transaction volume, ie
some at the opening session and
during a session everlap.
- Perform entry with the appropriate
market movements. If it takes
'Sell' around the resistance,
let the price of trying to penetrate
resistance for some time
before deciding the transaction.
Similarly, if you take a 'buy'
in the area of support, let the price
attempt to penetrate the support during
some time before deciding
take a position.
- Or use the Parabolic SAR to
confirm the reversal in
support and resistance areas.

Targets for each transaction 20-30
pips with 30 pip stop-loss.
Entry & Exit Point:
